Fire at Parkar Hospital in the city caused by a short circuit

Successful in immediately shifting 51 patients from the hospital to the nearby Chintamani Hospital and the District Government Hospital.
According to preliminary information, it is reported that a fire broke out at the hospital around 12:30 PM due to a short circuit in the air conditioning system. Upon receiving news of the fire, both patients and staff were immediately and safely evacuated from the hospital premises. The fire was swiftly brought under control by the fire brigades of the Ratnagiri Municipal Council and the MIDC, and the hospital administration has confirmed that the situation is now under control.
